• All bookings must be made via our website or by phone.
• Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% service fee.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
• If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours for a free re-service or refund at our discretion.
